This fabulous cottage with stunning ocean views captures the attention of it’s owner through an organic and modern design.  Rather then creating a traditional beach look, DRD and the homeowner decided to use earth tones and raw materials such as stone, steel, rock and lots of wood.  The kitchen wall was removed to give an open and airy feel, while still keeping the bedrooms remote and private.  The kitchen and bathrooms were completely remodeled and new lighting was instrumental in its design use.  The two sided fireplace is now a visual heart of the home.
